After several times trying to restore my iPhone i passed Error 9. Back up from i cloud executed and ready to use and asking to But setup finished pass code confirmed still restarting by it self over and over any body suffered in such problem please share your experience

I am having same issue with iphone 6, out of blue started getting white apple screen flashing. I have tried phone reset, itunes backup, reset, restore, software update, but nothing works.
