Language of apps

when I downloaded some app they were all in Arabic. I am not Arabic and have not visited any country where they talk the Arabic language. I don’t know how. I tried everything. I don’t have a vpn or some sort. My language is the preferred language I want. Does anyone knows how to fix this?
