Dear Wahab,
We (the readers of your post) are users of this community just like you are. We do not work for Apple. Furthermore, Apple does not decrease your battery health and certainly cannot increase it. A battery is a consumable component of your iPhone (or any device in the world that uses batteries). Batteries only degrade in health as time elapses. You cannot revive the battery health. Please read below for more information:
Battery Health & Performance
Your battery health is undergoing normal usage. iPhone batteries, like all rechargeable batteries, are consumable components that become less effective as they age. You should change out the battery once your Battery Health reaches below 80% which will take over 2 years to reach under normal usage. Until then enjoy your iPhone.
