Photos not backed up recovery

I just received a new iPhone and my old iPhones screen isn’t working. How can I get my photos that aren’t backed up from my old phone?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

You can't. You would have had to back it up before it got broken.

Sir my phone restore on my pc cuz I miss and click restore and all my old stuff back on my phone how can I get my 2021 photos and contacts back and message back

The answer is the same. If you backed them up or synced them you can get them back. Otherwise, you can not.
