Hallo, i cant add my card on my apple watch. It keep saying an error occurred. Both my watch and iphone is on the newest update

What can i do
Everything that is stated there is done all ready. And it still doesnt work
If you have an older watch I've heard that apple pay isn't compatible.
I have a series 3, and my suster is able to add her card on her series 3
