My account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes

my app won’t let me download anything , it is saying my account is disabled & im not sure why

There might be a problem with your payment method. Check out this link to see the options you can do about this issue https://support.apple.com/en-ph/HT207165. Hope it helps!

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.


When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
