Cannot force restart

Series 1 only shows time. I cannot get holding button down to fix it not will force restart work.

Perhaps it is in Power Reserve Mode. See the 'Use Power Reserve' section in:

Check your battery and charge your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Then see:

If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on - Apple Support
