My Apple watch no longer lights up when I move my arm. I have to push the button to check the time or messages. What do you suggest? i

How do I fix this?

Make sure you are not in Do Not Disturb or Theater Mode and you have wrist detection enabled. See the 'Wake the Apple Watch display' section in:

Turn on and wake Apple Watch - Apple Support

and

Use Control Center on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
