How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
Is Spotify showing in the "INSTALLED ON Apple Watch" or "AVAILABLE APPS" sections when on your iPhone you tap on:
Watch > My Watch
If it is in the "AVAILABLE APPS" section, then tap on the INSTALL icon.
If it is in neither location then you might try to delete Spotify on your iPhone and redownload it:
