How do I refresh my disabled iPhone that tells me to connect to iTunes?
My iPhone 12 Pro Max is disabled! I am told to “connect to iTunes” but there are dozens of choices after I open iTunes. Which do I choose?

Disconnect the phone from the computer, turn off the phone and then start over using the following instructions: If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
