disabled itunes and App Store account

how do I am I able to fix this as my accounts been disabled in App Store and when will it not turn disabled again as I’m unable to download apps anymore?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
