Does anyone know how to get pass a activation lock, my father passed away and I wanted his phone but I can’t get into his Apple ID, I’ve tried every password he’s had. But none seem to work. And I refuse to sell the phone.

Without the Apple ID and Password, you cannot get past Activtion Lock which is a theft prevention feature. We cannot help And Apple will not unless you can produce the original receipt clearly showing the serial number. There is also a legal method. Check these links...
