How can I make apple mail rules work on all my devices?

If I make a rule for Apple Mail, it only works on that device. Is there any way to make a rule on my MacBook so that the same rule is followed on my mac mini, iPhone and iPad?

(In the past, the only way I've found to sync the rules are to make a rule on iCloud.com on the browser, but it's really fiddly, and the rules can only be very basic.

No. Tell Apple what missing features you'd like restored or new features added to the system via Feedback - macOS - Apple.

Sorry, I don't know what you mean.

Depending on who your email provider is, log into their email webpage and set up the rule there. This will apply the rule before the email is downloaded to any device so every device accessing the account benefits from the rule.

Thanks but, well, I suppose Apple is my provider, and as I said the only way I've found to sync the rules are to make a rule on iCloud.com on the browser. But I was hoping there was another way as it's really fiddly, the rules can only be very basic, and as far as I can tell I can't do anything from the iPhone.
