didn't get free AirPods with MacBook in offer

I just got my new MacBook from apple store online but two days later they started giving free AirPods with it on the same price . There is no exchange available in my region , so how can i claim the AirPods. Help its my first time buying an apple product

Contact support.apple.com. If the promotion wasn't;t being offered when you may your purchase, they may not honor it.
