Yes they do; the whole shebang.
e.g. US resident, 18 years old, 2FA enabled; Apple device w/ Touch/Face ID, AppleCash card config’d w/ debit card …
… everything.
Although there MAY be some newer guidance about which I’m not familiar re: special provisions for kids on a family account.
