How can I go back to previous iOS version (from iOS 15.0)?

Unfortunately, my online bank service app doesn't work on iOS 15, and they're apparently gonna fix the issue around september. Using that app is really important to me, so I need to get back to the previous iOS version... Could someone give me even somewhat simplified instructions on how to do that? I'm feeling so hopeless, because I'm not a tech guru.

Thank you in advance!

"For iPhone 8 or later: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the recovery mode screen."

I did this. Now my iPhone says; "support.apple.com/restore" and has an icon that I should plug it in to a computer. It is connected to my PC already. Also, the address doesn't work.

What do I do now?
