(if you wrote for the sake of a joke - pass by, thanks)

Obviously not 10,000 methods, but I already have no words! I do not write well in English, so it will be difficult to describe all the methods.

1. Changed the ID.

2. I went from another Internet.

3. Changed the access settings in the keychain (DigiCert High Assurance EV Root CA)

4.resetting your iCloud account on macOS

5. updating payment details (my phone is Android, which means I'm not a human being, I can't change the details from a "convenient laptop")

6.changing App Store settings via terminal (defaults write com.apple.appstore.commerce Storefront -string “$ (defaults read com.apple.appstore.commerce Storefront | sed s /, 8 /, 13 /)”

)

7.cleaning the temporary download cache folder in the App Store

eight.

Everyone says that an apple is convenient, but I don't see anything convenient in it.

Have seen similar issue elsewhere. Come to find out - they had pickup a piece of Malware and once removed - Bingo - all working again.

Suggest downloading from a Trusted Developer and Respected ASC Contributor the application Malwarebytes for Mac. It is free or paid for added features. Run the Application and it should remove the malware / adware. Once done, restart computer and test.

There are no known Viruses in the wild that self replicate and affect macOS. There are Malware and Adware that does affect macOS and are often times downloaded as part of an Application from Third Party UnTrusted Site and get installed along with the Application.
