I have new iphone 12 and would like to transfer info from the old phone. Can i talk witha support person?

Please follow the steps at Transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad or iPod touch – Apple Support

You will need access to your old device for Quick Start and to back-up your data, if you haven't done so already.
