Troubleshooting Power:
Here are some possible solutions. If one works, reply back with which one, as it would help many for certain.
A. Please Clarify:
- Did you install an update?
- Have you had battery issues before?
- Has this Mac been serviced recently?
- What were you working on when this happened?
B. Try a New Charger:
If it is charing from an external device, then use a new charger:
- Power & Cables - Mac Accessories - Apple - Select "Mac Compatibility" on the left
- Find the Right Power Adapter and Cable for your Mac Notebook - Apple Support
