Apple Watch only allow me to play a dozen songs when I run without my iPhone

i just replaced my broken Apple Watch. I’ve had the Apple Watch 3 and replaced it with the same.

On my previous watch, I had tons of music.

this ‘new’ watch ( only the 3 ) will

allow me to play only about a dozen songs when I run without my phone! The whole point of purchasing another Apple Watch was to ensure I would not have to take my phone on a run.

Out if media storage is the message! NEVER got the message on my other Apple Watch.

PLEASE PLEASE tell me that I’ve missed a step when transferring music to the new watch an this. 8GB only of music is utter BS.
