Welcome to the Apple Community, where some of us do our best to help each other.


There can be a few different reasons an account is disabled:

can be entering the wrong password too many times

credit card expiry date is no longer up-to-date

payment owing on a previous purchase etc.


Apple support have an article online (link below) to help you with what to do:


If you see a message that says:

"Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes"

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there may be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.

When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
