IPhone 11 max not receiving verification codes

I receive text messages without issue, but if I need a verification code sent to me from anywhere, it never arrives. Is thi san issue with my phone settings or my carrier?

We see you're having some issues receiving SMS verification codes, and we'd like to see if we can help out.



It's possible that you may you need to work with your mobile carrier on this issue, but there are a couple things to try out. First, try restarting the device, which can often help with odd issues: Restart your iPhone


Also, ensure the device is updated fully, which ensures the latest fixes and improvements are applied: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Finally, this page here has some further general steps that can help with issues receiving texts: If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If these don't help, you'll want to check out the issue with your carrier, as the carrier is responsible for the routing of SMS messages, including ones sent from 'short code numbers', such as for verification codes on third-party services.
