I recently upgraded my phone at the store. When I input my information my iCloud and password it shows the information from my daughters iPad. I tried to delete the phone and do it all over again but is not working.
yes but i have 3 other devices with my apple id, at the time to set up my new phone with my apple id and password the information that am getting on my phone is from one of my daughters iPad. i had reset the phone many times and star the process all over again but still no luck i will go to the store to see what can they do.
