My daughter (who is 15) can’t complete the Apple Card acceptance process. She got the invite to her wallet but when she gets to the “Your Information” page the “Next” is grayed out so she can’t continue. Any advice?

Could be, but my son verified his this morning. 😀😀 I had to get him to update his iPhone and restart it before it would go through.
He also had a check box to fill that was hard to see. Not enough contrast with text.
If the Next/Advance button is grayed out, that’s generally an indication that all the information fields have not be completed or information was entered in the wrong format.
Check to make sure that dates are in correct format and all fields contain required information.
Thanks for the idea but after erasing and re-writing all the pre-filled info, the Next is still grayed out. Any other ideas? I was wondering if there is any chance it could be related to Screen Time settings but nothing I do there has helped either.
I’m not sure the page. There was text on it he had to agree to and it was hard to see the acknowledgment check box.
Have you tried scrolling around the page or shifting the screen from vertical to horizontal?
OK, I finally solved it - I cancelled the 1st invite and sent her a new one and this time it worked! Thanks for all your help.
Have you tried quitting the Wallet App and restarting iPhone?
Yes, I’ve rebooted and still no luck. It’s very mysterious. Maybe the verification process is on holiday for Memorial Day?
