Lost iPhone

Help!

my boyfriend lost his iPhone and unfortunately his “find my iPhone” is not on.

any suggestions how to turn his find my iPhone on? Or any other solutions?

There is no way to turn it on remotely.

Tell him to report it to his cellular carrier and the police.
