Subscribed Cable channels on AppleTV+

I like the centralized access to all of my content in AppleTV+. But, I’ve hit a snag adding channels I’m already paying Cox for. How can I add Showtime, Starz, or Showtime Now etc to AppleTV+?

You would need to contact each channel provider and see if your Cox subscription can be used to log in to the channels in the Apple TV App.

In general, the Cable provider access is used in the independent apps for each provider rather than the channels in the Tv App.

Existing subscriptions started outside the Apple TV app will need their own separate app. Some of these apps can be linked to the TV app, for seamless integration into Watch Now and Up Next, but playback happens in that separate app.
