Apple watch badges not in sync with iPhone.

Recently, I achieved the 100 Move Goal Badge. However, it is not reflecting in the fitness app. I have check that both devices Wi-Fi is on and connected to the same network. And my iPhone Bluetooth shows that it is connected to my apple watch series 6. Also I have confirmed that both devices have the latest IOS updates.

All other activities such as the daily move, exercise and standing goals is being sync. Only thing not in sync was the 100 Move Goal Badge. The 100 Move Goal batch is shown on my Apple Watch, but grey out on my iPhone fitness app.

Had tried:

1) restarting both devices
