Commercial use of TTS Voices

I am preparing to make a video game. I am using Adobe Audition's generate text feature and I really like Bruce for the Monocular (Mon-awh-cue-lar; Adjective form of monocle [a new word I obviously made up since I can't find it anywhere else]) PDA, inspired by Unknown Worlds's Subnautica and Audition reminded me that not all voices are available for commercial use. I am here to ask if the system Text to Speech voices are, or at least Bruce, available for commercial use in my game which will be publicly released on Steam and eventually PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch.

Side note: I picked macOS Big Sur as my topic because I thought it was the MOST reasonable topic for this.
