lost iphone

i lost my iphone and i didnt turn on the find my app ,i see it as my trusted devices) but i dont seee it when i open find my app .. now can i find it or at least erase my data ??? am confused .

If you didn't turn on Find My App, there isn't a way to locate the phone.
