Infected phone?

I keep getting a message out of my Calendar saying that my phone is infected with malware due to viewing adult websites. I never view adult websites using the IPhone. Is this true or a scam? What should I do? Below is a screen shot of what I see.

and leave that website, its fraudulent. As you can note from the URL, that website has nothing to do with apple.com
