Cant find my money

I got A message from apple that telling me that im charged with 489.99EGP for nothing , i searched for purchasing history and there was nothing coasting this amount , what should i do!

I sincerely doubt that message came from Apple. Looks like a scam to me.

Charged for nothings The past couple of days I’ve noticed that apple had been trying to take £8.49 from my account, but luckily I transfer my money into other accounts so it couldn’t take it. Not a valid payment without a document and a trace from apple.com/bill for 139.99 BGN. I don't have any information about such a purchase for 139.99 BGN or for a subscription, neither on email in the mail, nor in the history of purchases, nor anywhere, but they were deducted from my bank account, together with this 1.99 BGN, which are to buy iCloud storage and for which I have an invoice email. And I have no information about this 139.99 BGN. I've checked everywhere. I can't get through to anyone at apple to find out what they are for and ask for a refund.Please for advice.
