Hi Joanie,


Use the SUM function.


Here are two examples, summing the same set of numbers;

The upper example, which is in cell A2, uses a letter only reference to 'all of' column B. This reference includes all th cells in column B except cells in a Header row or in a Footer row.


The second formula, which is in the selected cell (A2) uses a range reference to include cells B2, B10, and all cells between those two.
