How can we redownload the old version of an app . I recently updated km player app on app store and now there is no km player folder on files app in which had put all my videos and now i have no idea what the fuck is wrong with Apple ios . Why we can’t just download and install the app just like android

Because iOS/iPadOS is NOT Android.
When you deleted the app to redownload it, it erased all the data associated with that app.
Didn't you get a pop-up notice that this would happen, if you deleted/removed the app from your iPad?
It's crazy there isn't a way to fall back to the prior version in the App Store itself. In this case Microsoft has now released two version of RDP Client for Mac that have broken connectivity between a Mac and a Windows computer. Why can I not go back into my prior purchases and fall back to a prior version? Dealing with MS will be a joke until they decide to get this fixed and in the meantime many WFH folks are screwed. The version history lists the prior version -- let us select one and install if we wish.

We are all just Apple product customers/users, just like you.
If your iPad is too old, like 9-10 years old, you need to consider a purchase of a new or much “newer“, refurbished or used iPad model from better known, trusted sources, like other Apple product/device retailers/resellers, locally or online, on the Web/Internet, capable of running the latest iPadOS versions.
There are PLENTY of newer, older iPad models that can run the latest, current versions of iPadOS.

Total apologies -- I was scouring posts on MacBooks and no idea how I was directed into iPad area. Yeah, I know it's not Apple employees but they still need to make available prior versions of apps on any/all platforms :-)
