Apple Watch problems

My Apple Watch screen isn’t working correctly, when I go to look at the time, instead of turning on automatically, it will just be black. So I have to drag the screen down, and then back up and then it will finally show up. I’ve tried everything to fix it, but nothing has worked. What should I do?

First try this;

Failing that I would unpair and re-pair and setup as new.
