Macbook charger replacement

I have Apple Care and my charger cord broken, how do I request a replacement?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2

I would suggest contacting Apple directly here: https://getsupport.apple.com/

Once you do, depending if you are close to a Store, you may be routed there and they can swap it on the spot. If not the charger will be shipped to you.
