Tamil is not yet supported as a system language on the iPhone, if that is what you are looking for. Hindi is the only Indian language available. See the tech specs:

To ask Apple to add Tamil, use

On your iPhone, go to:

Settings -> General -> Language & Region -> Other Languages. Search for Tamil in the search box.
