I want to delete the history of my purchased apps

Is any way I can delete the history of the apps that I had downloaded to my phone but later I removed. Making to stop showing like a cloud from when I downloaded the app the first time

You can hide your purchases→Hide purchases from the App Store - Apple Support but you can’t permanently delete them.
