Boot loop

so i was going to restart my ipad 7th gen until it got stuck in a bootloop, it flashes apple logo and black and the home buttons stuck what do i do?

If either the Home of Top (Sleep/Wake) buttons are stuck, you will need to have your iPad repaired. The keys must correctly function - as these physical buttons are required to trigger many critical recovery functions (e.g., recovery “DFU” mode, forced-restart).
