I got a LG UltraFine 4K Display and have my 16" MacBook Pro connected to the monitor and closed. Is there a way to use Siri through the monitor with the MBP closed? Siri works on the display but can not hear me with the MBP closed.

The 16" MacBook Pro features a microphone hardware disconnect as part of the security features offered by the T2 Security Chip. In short, whenever you close the lid, the internal microphone is disconnected immediately at the hardware level, and no software can use it.
To remedy this, you'll need an external microphone available. Some webcams or headphones (such as AirPods) might have microphones included in them.
