Viewing files on Flash drive inserted in MacBook Air

How do I find my Flash drive on my Macbook Air? (I don't see the drive in Finder).

Check the left sidebar of a new window in Finder. Go to Finder menu > Preferences and make sure the boxes to show external disks are ticked in General (for desktop) and Sidebar tabs.

Else, open Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility and see if the drive at least shows up there.
