Rotating Random Playlist

I am trying to get a randomly rotating playlist of loved songs. I have many songs in my library, but sometimes I just want to go straight to my favorites. I created a smart playlist with the instructions for loved songs and checked the box for 25 random songs. I was hoping that it would randomly pick 25 songs each time I opened the playlist, but this isn't so. It is the same playlist every time I open Music. Does anyone have any idea how to accomplish this? Thanks.

Add an additional rule such as last played is not in the last X days which forces tracks to drop out of the list as they are played and rotates new content in. Of course this may potentially lead to tracks cycling in and out of the list in the same order. You can refresh a random list by using Cmd+A to select all in the list and pressing delete.
