Somebody's Aristo 4 Plus bluetooth connects to my MacBook Air. How is this possible? How do I block the device from connecting?

Hold Shift + Option and click the BT icon in the Menu Bar to open BT debug menu.
Run the 3 commands listed there Redefine BT module, Redefine All Devices and Remove All the Devices.
Reboot holding Shift to enter Safe Mode. Once loaded, restart normally and check if the BT is now free.
