On what percentage should I charge my macbook pro M1 and on what percentage should I stop charging to keep my battery as healthy as possible?

You do not have to worry about it.


If you are near the mains leave it plugged in, if you need portability use the battery.

In general FrankDivine— I don't reply to side question in a OP. Either you pick it up on the fly or you start your own post. Read the links.


I will state— there is no harm in being plugged into the mains 100% of the time, for the life of your mac. Your mac will never over-charge, and it is preferred actually, your battery will last longer by lessening the cycle count.


If you are near the mains leave it plugged in, if you need portability use the battery.
