iPhone XR needs to wiped clean or reset!!

How do I get my iPhone XR wiped clean and reset from being hacked? My iPhone ten X-ray. Has been hacked I do but receive important calls and texts and it is very very difficult and upsetting.

Do a factory reset. If you restore your data, you may restore the problem.

Restore to Factory setting.
