How can i update my iphone to ios 13 or 14

The latest possible is iOS 12.5.1.
The latest possible is iOS 12.5.1.
The iPhone 6 can only be updated to iOS 12.x.x.x. It does not have the necessary components to run newer software.
The iPhone 6 does not have the required hardware (insufficient RAM) to update to iOS 13, or higher.
So there so no way I can get a higher update
