Apple Watch Series 6 - Battery Drain

I've purchased my Apple Watch series 6 in December 2020. The battery doesn't last 12 hours. I've unpaired and paired in many times. I'm using it with an iPhone 11 pro max. Any fixes?

Battery consumption on Apple Watch 6 was ok with watchOS 7.2 with 30-40% at the end of the day, now all of a sudden without any changes losing 15% every hour. Long time Apple Watch user so I did all the usual but no success at all.
