Removing other files from MacBook

How can I clear up storage space by removing unwanted 'other files' in storage which is occupying large area ?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.1

"Other" refers to files stored in the Trash, system and app caches, and files used by apps as part of their operation.
