Greetings, Helptoconnect

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you’ve isolated the issue to your iPad, since your iPhone connects to Wi-Fi without issue. We can understand why you’d want to resolve this.

On your iPad, complete the steps shown, here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

If the issue continues, consider answering the following questions.

  1. What happens when you try to connect to Wi-Fi?
  2. Do you receive any error messages? If so, please provide exact wording.
  3. Which iPadOS version are you using? (Settings > General > About)

All the best.
