I made a restore of a backup in a Iphone SE 1st generation and after the backup was completed the iPhone stay in loop. It reboots and after a few seconds it reboot again...it stay in that mode forever. How can I solve it?

It doesn't work. When I plug it to the Mac it starts on loop (apple symbol and then a black screen) and I can not find the device in finder. Any suggestion?
