Lock Screen magnifying

Some times when on the Lock Screen it get magnified and I can’t get it to go away. I can’t get it to unlock and I have a hard time turning the phone off to reset the issue.

Is there something wrong with my new phone or is there a way to get it back to normal with out restarting the phone?

Hello mine211,

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities about zoom on the lock screen.

Please check your settings. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom > Zoom Region is likely full screen. Zoom in on the iPhone screen - Apple Support

Then, when you double-tap the screen with three fingers or use accessibility shortcuts, you are tuning on Zoom. Double-tap the screen with three fingers to turn this back off.

Thanks and have a wonderful day.
